摘要

The Canadian Grain Commission's third party assurance program ensures specific attributes are delivered to food customers. Treena Hein explains how. The Canadian Identity Preserved Recognition System (CIPRS) is the Canadian Grain Commission's third-party assurance program that ensures specific, value-added, quality characteristics are delivered to customers. This successful initiative continues to grow and evolve from its beginnings four years ago. In a climate of increased pressure on global food production systems, CIPRS provides a high degree of certainty about both the variety of grain delivered (also known as.identity preservation or IP) and its quality. This, in turn, creates peace of mind among buyers, builds customer loyalty and promotes industry and individual business stability.
