Milk jam and sweetened condensed milk

Milk jam and sweetened condensed milk are both sweetened, concentrated dairy products. In Australia we are much more familiar with sweetened condensed milk than milk jam, but in some other countries, it is the reverse. The similarities and differences between these two products is summarised in the table.
