This paper mainly focuses on the sludge treatment Public-private partnership (PPP) project operation and management capacity of construction enterprises, analyses and combs the factors influencing the operation capacity of construction enterprises, establishes the sludge treatment PPP operation capacity indicator system, constructs the Structural equation modelling (SEM) evaluation model, uses Analysis of moment structure (AMOS) to quantitatively analyse and determine the key influencing factors, and proposes relevant suggestions for sludge treatment PPP project operation and management.
