Four climate experts presented a summary of their views at the recently well-publised Climate Conference held in Melbourne. Dr Katherine Harle from the CSIRO Sustainable Energy and Environment Group, says we can learn much from the record of the pastseveral hundred thousand years. "The earth's climate is constantly changing, with long-term cycles and trends interacting with medium and short-term cycles," she said.
