The Shining Jewels of The Crown Women Behind the Wheels of Northern Railway

Northern Railway is the crown of Indian Railways covering the states of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, parts of Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and the UTs of Jammu and Kashmir and Chandigarh. Being the largest zone in terms of route kilometer, Northern Railway has a sizable number of Railway employees, out of which, about 15% are women. A happy workplace is a productive workplace. With this in mind, Northern Railway has taken a number of steps to bring joy laughter and care to the offices and workplaces by caring for the women. On the one hand, women while dealing with their family with care and compassion have been doing equal justice to their professional responsibilities with complete accomplishment and loyalty. The children are the future of our Nation and their safety, security and correct upbringing is primal for any society.
