Succession need not be painful. That's the belief of South Australian grazier Kevin Johnson. He told Cindy Benjamin how his family had implemented a robust yet flexible succession plan. Kevin and Lyn Johnson know from experience that farm business succession is often not handled well and were determined to do their best to avoid difficulties in their own family.
