摘要

Succession need not be painful. That's the belief of South Australian grazier Kevin Johnson. He told Cindy Benjamin how his family had implemented a robust yet flexible succession plan. Kevin and Lyn Johnson know from experience that farm business succession is often not handled well and were determined to do their best to avoid difficulties in their own family. Throughout their married life they have been conscious of the changing needs of their family. As they worked hard to build their business their focus was on providing an education for their three children, and their estate plan was as simple as a will leaving all assets to the surviving partner.
