LEADERS NEED NEW SKILLS: Training a must to meet future challenges

PEOPLE with the right training in leadership are needed if the challenges facing agriculture are to be tackled. This is the view of chief executive officer of the South Australian Farmers Federation Sandy Cameron, who participated in the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) in 1993-94. The program targets people with long-term potential and a strong commitment to agriculture.
