HELENA Mitchell has somehow managed to successfully combine a busy lifestyle, a teaching career and family commitments with the rigours of a five-year distance education course and still retain her sanity. She is now only months away from completing an Advanced Diploma in Rural Business Administration through the external studies unit of the University of Sydney's Orange Agricultural College in central west NSW.
