1. Croatia’s mobile market is relatively mature, although its mobile penetration rate is yet to catch up with neighbouring countries. 2. As a mobile-first market, operators are tapping the booming demand for data to monetise their network investments. However, we will increasingly observe asset carve-outs in the short-to-medium term as service revenues remain broadly stable. 3. As such, the importance of the tower market in the region will be emphasised as operators look to alleviate their balance sheet burdens while continuing to search for new avenues of growth.
