Laederach opens four new retail stores

Laederach Chocolatier Suisse plans to open four new retail stores in North America by February 14. Locations will include one in Canada (Toronto, Ontario) and three in the U.S. (Los Angeles, California area; Boca Raton, Florida; and Santa Clara, California). The retail stores include Laederach's iconic FrischSchoggi (fresh chocolate) counter at the front behind clear glass featuring multiple large slabs of chocolate bark. Elias Laederach leads production and innovation for Laderach's chocolates. Chocolate is made from bean-to-bar in-house in Switzerland and shipped directly to more than 100 stores worldwide.
