Smart Auto Vehicle Engine Start is a feature that will start your vehicle automatically to keep it warm/cool during the wintertime/summertime. The user(s) will have the ability to set the time and date (Figure 1) of their choice to auto start their vehicle(s) using their vehicle mobile app. Another feature is smart remote start by merging vehicle telematics unit into Artificial Intelligence, this will aid and provide guidance in when the vehicle should remote start given the energy/fuel level and looking at other vehicles around it to determine whether it should in fact be started. The vehicle will turn on then off automatically after reaching desired interior cabin temperature, and/or use camera(s)/sensor(s) to determine when the windshield has defrosted. This method will also save the customer fuel/energy and will help the environment by reducing the amount of time the vehicle needs to stay on.
