摘要

The structure of a nonlocal search in wave media for the case of the fixed level of the objective function (the "energy" representation) is considered. The relation of the learning problem in a nonlocal search to the eigenvalue problem is shown. The partial differential equation that follows from the principle of equivalence in a nonlocal search is obtained.
