Flip method for obtaining singular functions of Hankel operators and convolution operators

摘要

A method is suggested for obtaining singular numbers and functions of the Hankel operator of a linear dynamical system without its mathematical description. This method is extended to convolution operators and other operators related to the system. Examples of application of the flip method for obtaining singular functions of operators of dynamical systems are given.
