A new crystal form of 4-4-Cyano-2-({(2'R,4S)-6-(propan-2-yl) carbamoyI-2,3-dihydrospiro1-benzopyran-4,1'-cyclopropane-2'-carbonyl}amino)phenylbutanoic acid

A solution of 4-[4-Cyano-2-({(2'R,4S)-6-[(propan-2-yl)carbamoyl]-2,3-dihydrospiro[l-benzopyran-4,1'-cyclopropane]-2'-carbonyl} amino)phenyl]butanoic acid (CAS registration No.1965316-82-8, compound 1) (25.0 g) in dichloroethane (250 mL), which was pre-healed at 40℃, was added to n-heptane (750 mL) at room temperature. The suspension was filtered and a wet solid was dried under reduced pressure over at room temperature for 42 hours to give compound 1 (22.6 g) of the titled crystal form as white solid. Powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) spectrum was measured under the following condition.
