How can organisations promote the drive and gain the trust required to enable workers to make a difference to safety in their workplace? Gaining productive returns from people-based safety is a difficult goal to achieve. However, this was the foundation on which forklift distributor Toyola Material Handling Australia (TMHA) won the NSCA Foundation 2021 National Safety Awards of Excellence.
