The March 2023 import total, at 40,545 tons, was 6,000 tons under the license number from last month. April 2023 licenses were down a bit to 36,819 tons. Month-to-month volume remains relatively consistent however. The May forecast, with 12 of 23 days included, is back up at 46,052 tons.
