March imports were 5,538 tons which was very reasonable after an error in the licence total last month. The April 2023 license volume is 4,753 tons. The forecast for May 2023, with 12 of 23 days summed, is back down at 5,220 tons. This market is still waiting stimulus and a solid national power generation plan. Volume is very consistent.
