Minister's letter of expectation

The letter of expectation written by Minister Barnaby Joyce MP to Michael Egan AM and Dr James Finlay, CEO of the Australian Fisheries Management Authority, made the hearts of myself and many other unfortunate fishing operators skip with joy.These operators had to carry the burden of AFMA's mismanagement, red tape and over-the-top government regulation. AFMA did not have a clue as to what is required to operate a dynamic fisheries management authority.
