Latest gas compressor technologies for modern floating production storage and offloading vessels and offshore platforms

摘要

A large number of compressors are installed on floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels, offshore platforms and offshore floating production units (FPUs). This article covers latest achievements, modern designs and manufacturing aspects of centrifugal compressor packages for offshore applications. Modern and compact integrally geared compressor applications for FPSO vessels are discussed. Case studies are also presented.
