Mathematical Modeling as an Integral Part of Wind Tunnel Experimental Methodology

Abstract This article demonstrates that a preliminary mathematical study is an integral part of the experimental methodology. It may be used at different stages of preparing an experiment in a wind tunnel (WT). The preliminary data obtained in calculations give a direction of experimental investigations, help to choose regions for experimental tool installation, and permit us to avoid mistakes.
