The newest vessel to join the fleet of the Albany Volunteer Marine Rescue is its third Naiad and replaces two ageing vessels, an 11-metre Steber and the matriarch of the fleet, an 8.5-metre Cuddy Cab Naiad.The new dedicated rescue craft was developed in consultation with the Volunteer Marine Rescue group and the design team at Naiad and Kirby Marine.
