My pal Horst says that when socialists are elected to government, the best thing to do is to sell everything immediately. In two years you can buy it back at half the price. Whist I get repeatedly exasperated when Labor or socialists get elected in any country, Horst just smiles and goes into his well-proven asset selling procedure.January this year saw the election of two socialist leaders with no experience who were totally naive to reality and painting an enticing yet unrealistic picture that ignored debt.
