Global Helium has started a remote sensing study across its 1.5 million-acre land based in Southern Saskatchewan's helium fairway.Confirming the commencement on 8th February,the helium exploration firm said the programme include reprocessing and analysis of aeromagnetic and gravity surveys.Airborne magnetometer surveys have been used since the 1950's and map underground magnetic field variations to assist in the identification of subsurface lithology and structural uplifts.
