摘要

Solvo/hydrothermal synthesis is widely used to synthesis a micro/nano-structures due to its environmental friendliness, simple operation. Many types of cathode materials are synthesized by the solvo/hydrothermal method. By improving the device and process of the reaction, the reaction time of synthesis is shortened, and the crystallinity and uniformity of the product is also improved. Therefore, this work systematically and objectively reviews different solvo/hydrothermal synthesis methods on cathode materials of Li-ion batteries, and the ad-vantages and disadvantages of various solvo/hydrothermal synthesis methods are comprehensively analyzed based on the electrochemical properties of different cathode materials. The problems of cathode materials are also summarized, and the methods to improve the electrochemical performance of cathode materials are reviewed and compared. The purpose of this review is to provide ideas and references for follow-up research by providing a comprehensive overview of solvo/hydrothermal methods on the synthesis of cathode materials and the current situation. Suggestions for optimization of solvo/hydrothermal synthesis methods are also provided.
