Scleral Histopathologic Findings of Hurler-Scheie Syndrome With Refractory Glaucoma

This case report describes the histopathologic findings of a 2-year-old girl with Hurler-Scheie syndrome receiving iduronidase enzyme replacement therapy who was diagnosed with secondary glaucoma based on high intraocular pressure and increased cup-disc ratio.
