December 2022 import volume was 328,962 tons in this product sector which is 20,000 tons above the licenses noted last month. The January 2023 licenses indicate a drop to 261,780 tons. The February forecast, given 9 of 20 days tallied, is way up with early licenses leading to a forecast of 371,688 tons. We expect the license pace to soften.
