Zhejiang Fengxin Ocean has acquired Swire Pacific's 7,100 bhp AHTS Pacific Responder and renamed Feng Xin 601. It is suggested the 2006 built AHTS is expected to mobilise from China to Batu Ampar, Indonesia for maintenance work. Prior to this sale, the vessel had been idle since third quarter 2021. Tomini Shipping Limited sold the 10,880 bhp AHTS UOL Captain to Shanghai Dingchen Changda Shipping in China. The 70 metre AHTS was renamed to Hai Chang Tuo 01 and was mobilised to China from Batam, Indonesia. Previously the vessel was sold in another transaction by Solstad Offshore ASA to an undisclosed buyer in early February 2022. Edison Chouest's 4,787 dwt PSV Hannah Chouest has been the first named vessel that Hornbeck Offshore acquired back in January 2022. The 85 metre PSV has been renamed HOS Maverick and is currently inshore Port Fourchon. Prior to this sale, the 2006-built vessel had been cold stacked since April 2020. We will be seeing more Chouest boats turn up with HOS names in the coming months, as they are moved into the yard and fixed up to work again.
