What was the motivation for the merger? Scott Ramage: The core of the businesses were quite similar: surveying and mapping. Vekta had a larger land surveying business and AAM had a larger mapping business. That was quite complimentary. We have now formed a business that is 50/50 mapping and land services. That combination gave us the technology improvement we were looking for. AAM does all the surface work and defines the topography of new mine areas. If somebody has an unexplored lease we would map the lease area to define the terrain. We don't do any of the geological and geophysical work.
