摘要

HAVING SUCCESSFULLY APPLIED a whole-of-block approach to covercrop research (Bramley et ah 2011), the next step in a series of research projects, undertaken this time by CSIRO and the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture, was to consider spray programs. As a result, this relatively new trial method has encouraged researchers to consider its application in developing targeted, vineyard-specific spray programs to boost disease defences, enhance environmental credentials and possibly cut costs.
