The theory of 21st century management was created by W. Edwards Deming in his book The New Economics. It's called the system of profound knowledge (SoPK), and its principles are part and parcel of the type of management the current world needs the most. Unfortunately, most people are unfamiliar with the SoPK concept, and even fewer managers apply these principles to their work. Deming's ideas should be included in the primary education curriculum, and SoPK must become the inalienable part of our everyday common sense.
