摘要

With the incessant rise of environmental awareness and requests from the international environmental protection organisations, the green supply chain management has played an important role. Therefore, the selection of long-term stable suppliers is the first issue of building green supply chain under the green supply chain model. The issue of green supplier selection will be direct impact on the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. It is an urgent issue that enterprises how to grasp the changeable internal and external environment and according to their own needs to determine the reasonable evaluative criteria and selection the suitable green supplier. Besides, the Entropy method is used in this research to weigh the values of objective. Next, Grey relational analysis (GRA)) is performed to rank the alternatives in order to select the best supplier. This paper used the example of an electric industry - S company to demonstrate the application of the model. The proposed model which combines Entropy and GRA method enables effective business decision making.
机译:随着环保意识的不断提高和国际环保组织的要求,绿色供应链管理发挥了重要作用。因此,选择长期稳定的供应商是绿色供应链模式下构建绿色供应链的首要问题。绿色供应商选择问题将直接影响企业在市场上的竞争力。企业如何把握多变的内外部环境,并根据自身需求确定合理的评价标准,选择合适的绿色供应商,是一个亟待解决的问题。此外,本研究采用熵法对目标值进行权衡。接下来,执行灰色关系分析(GRA))对备选方案进行排名,以选择最佳供应商。本文以某电力行业-S公司为例,论证了该模型的应用。所提出的模型结合了熵和GRA方法,可以有效地做出有效的业务决策。
