Delivering postharvest decay, food safety and market access solutions for export citrus: Communication, the key in delivering postharvest solutions

摘要

Australian fresh fruit export markets are of high value to the citrus industry. In order to protect these markets and provide fresh fruit of the highest standard, citrus packers are aiming to improve on current processing techniques used in Australia. This project aims to assist citrus packers by researching and developing integrated solutions to postharvest problems.
