摘要

Constructing a three-dimensional (3D) heat conduction skeleton has been considered as an effective method to effciently enhance the thermal conductivity of polymer-based composites at a low fller load. Herein, a 3D thermal transport skeleton based on AlN/C was fabricated via the direct pyrolysis and carbothermic reduction reaction of vertically arranged biomass cotton fber template, which was absorbed with aluminum resource. Thermal conductivity of the AlN/C-loaded epoxy composites with anisotropic thermal conductivity was greatly increased at a low fller load. The composite shows a high thermal conductivity of 0.49 W m~(-1) K~(-1) along the axial direction at a fller load of 12.4 wt%, which is 3.27 times of the pure epoxy resin, and also boasts a thermal conductivity of 0.33 W m~(-1)K~(-1) along the lateral direction. This work provides a new idea for developing high-effcient thermal management with anisotropic design.
