Trapeziderus koreanus Park and Ahn, new species is described from Korea. The new species collected under bark is similar to Trapeziderus imitator Cameron in having black elytra and a temporal carina but can be distinguished by the reddish-brown antennomere 10, the chaetotaxy of the pronotum, the incomplete basal line of male stemite VIII, and the different shape and structure of the aedeagus. A description and illustrations of the new species are provided to facilitate identification.
