Wine Industry Appointments Sydney-based consultant Richard Broughton said corporates and evolving family-owned wineries were also providing opportunities for chief executives and general managers. But production roles are increasingly few and far between with key people such as winemakers staying up to three times as long in current jobs because of the limited market.
