During an extended downturn such as one the resources market is currently experiencing, junior explorers need to be fleet-footed if they are to make the most of opportunity and fight off the overwhelming malaise gripping the sector. There were few better examples of such dexterity at Mining Indaba than Kefi Minerals plc, which is moving into development mode on its Tulu Kapi project in Ethiopia.
