Hana Mining Ltd hopes to follow in the footsteps of its neighbour in the Kalahari copper belt - Discovery Metals Ltd - and bring its Ghanzi copper-silver project into production.The TSX-listed company filed a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) technical report with SEDAR based on the Banana zone and Zone 5 at its 70%-owned project in north-west Botswana in June.Hana's submission was based on the PEA compiled by Johannesburg-based DRA Mineral Projects, which detailed the potential of a 3.6 mtpa copper-silver project in the centre of the Kalahari copper belt.
