Paris—Total-Energies announced the acquisition of Spain-based Iber Résinas, a mechanical recycler of plastics, expanding TotalEnergies production of circular polymers in Europe. Iber Résinas recycles polypropylene, polyethylene and polystyrene derived from industrial and household waste at its two plants near Valencia, Spain. Value of the transaction was not disclosed.
