Burey upgrades gold in Guinea

Guinea gold hopeful Burey Gold Ltd is hoping to back up its recent resource upgrade with a scoping study on its Man-sounia gold deposit.In June the company announced a 56% indicated and inferred resource increase at Mansounia to 52mt @ 0.8 g/t for 1.29 moz gold.Burey managing director Klaus Eckhof said the company was pleased with the outcome."Although low grade, we are happy the grade has actually plcked up. We also think there is a lot more potential there," Eckhof told Paydirt."We are doing some column testing to see if it is heap leachable. If that is positive then we will probably do a scoping study."
