ABU Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) is set to float a 4% stake in its newly formed subsidiary Adnoc Gas, as the United Arab Emirates giant continues to offer minority stakes in key businesses to retail and institutional investors. The company intends to proceed with an initial public offering of 3.07 billion shares of Adnoc Gas and to "admit its shares for listing and trading on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange".
