We have now passed the one-year anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, an event which sent comrqsdities such as fuel and fertiliser soaring in price.Although these costs have fallen somewhat, they are nowhere near pre-invasion levels. Securing equipment has also been affected by both price hikes and supply chain issues, not just in purchasing new stock but also in getting replacement parts for olderitems. For example, Volkswagen had factories in Ukraine which manufactured components for their vehicles.
