New Delhi— Indorama India Private Ltd.(IIP),an indirect subsidiary of Indorama Corp.,said it has successfully concluded the acquisition of Grasim Industries Ltd.'s fertilizer business,Indo Gulf Fertilizers(IGF)on 1 Jan.2022.IGF is active in the manufacturing,trading and sale of urea and other"agri-inputs."It has a 1.2-million-t/y urea facility at Jagdishpur,Uttar Pradesh,India.
