摘要

Abstract Mussel-inspired bionics technology has attracted extensive attention for the surface modification of porous materials. The adhesion effect of the mussel mucin comes is mainly from hydroxylation. Hence, polysulfone membrane was modified by co-deposition of catechol with hydroxyl and L-lysine with biocompatibility. Flux of the membrane exceeds 120 L m−2 h−1, the ultra-high rejection rate to bovine serum albumin and lysozyme. Moreover, the modified membranes exhibited enhanced antifouling ability, antibacterial property and adhesion resistance to E. coli with the synergy between catechol and L-lysine. The fabricated membranes can further lay the foundation for the industrial production of deposited membranes.
