US ENGINEERS have developed a more accurate technique for measuring the output from electric stun guns and Tasers to help address concerns about their unpredictable effects. 'Electroshock' weapons have been used in law enforcement in a number of US states for some time, and manufacturer Taser International has products either in use or on trial in 40 countries, including the UK.
