Japan and Indonesia have signed a memorandum of cooperation on decarbonization technologies such as hydrogen, ammonia and carbon capture and storage (CCS) as the former eyes imports of cleaner fuels to achieve its net-zero target. The move is becoming a common refrain among former and current LNG trading partners.
