Australian uranium explorers have experienced a significant recovery on equity markets in the past month or so. The revival comes amid expectations that spot prices are about to increase. Investors are also less nervous about the recent volatility in equity markets. Forward indicators suggest prices could increase by 25 percent, according to the quarterly review of the sector by RCR Equity. It reveals that the market valuation of 266 Australian companies with one or more uranium projects is up 23 percent over the month to the end of May, up 12 percent over the past three months, and down 8 percent over the past 12 months.
