A cold and rainy morning on 26 March meant that the turnout of Minis was sadly lower than usual for this fab annual event at Brooklands Museum, near Weybridge, Surrey. However, there was still a lovely array of Minis on the start/finish straight and scattered around the historic site.Brooklands is the birthplace of British motorsport and aviation so the site is teeming with displays and exhibitions to keep the whole family entertained. Many are under cover so visitors can easily get out of the rain.Bustling trade stands in the paddock were selling all-sorts, including second-hand parts, Mini clothing and models. The MiniMine stand was busy all day selling brand new spares.Unfortunately, there wasn't the usual buzz surrounding the Test Hill as it was not opened, due to the rain, but the many food stands, the cafe and many other attractions certainly kept visitors busy.
