India’s Ultratech raises stake in UAE cement frm

India’s largest cement maker Ultratech has increased its stake in an UAE-based cement maker, with an investment of $101mn. Ultratech has acquired a 29.39pc share in RAK White Ce- ment as a strategic investment, the company said. This will take its total shareholding in the UAE frm to 29.79pc from 0.4pc previously.
