In the past, the lean philosophy has been successfully adapted to numerous areas of application and utilised accordingly. In the meantime, the spectrum ranges from Lean Manufacturing to Lean Administration and even Lean Development. As energy is becoming an increasingly important resource, MBtech has recently modified the lean methods to increase efficiency in this area as well.
