Two-component conductive epoxy adhesives cure in 7 to 10 s at elevated temperatures. The 124-34A/B-187 is , isotropically conductive, while the 125-01A/B-187 is anisotropically conductive. Both materials are syringe dispensable and offer thermal stability, chemical resistance, and high-temperature properties.
